To expand employment channels and support high-quality and ample employment for the 2025 graduating class, on October 11th, a delegation from the College of Physics and Electrical Engineering, including Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean Gu Yuting, Vice Dean Xu Jing, Deputy Director of the Microelectronics Department Chen Mingming, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee Ye Qing, and graduation class counselor Liu Zhen, visited Sijia Semiconductor Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. to conduct a special employment promotion activity. The event was attended by Zhou Shaobo, a director of Sijia Semiconductor Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager Zhou Ying, and Tu Tao, Manager of the Market and Corporate Affairs Department.

During the exchange meeting, Director Zhou Shaobo warmly welcomed the delegation from the College of Physics and Electrical Engineering. Manager Tu Tao introduced the company's development status, business scope, and talent needs. Deputy Party Secretary Gu Yuting introduced the basic situation of the college, including its disciplines, specialties, scientific innovation, talent cultivation, and graduate employment. She expressed the hope for extensive cooperation and exploration in the areas of microelectronics and integrated circuit talent cultivation and student employment, promoting deep integration of industry and education to cultivate more high-quality innovative talents for the industry. Vice Dean Xu Jing presented the discipline construction and professional development of Microelectronics Science and Engineering and Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, proposing deeper exchanges and cooperation in curriculum development, industry professor applications, internships, and project applications. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the scheduling and specific content of student internships.

After the exchange meeting, the delegation from the College of Physics and Electrical Engineering, accompanied by Manager Tu Tao, visited the company's testing workshop, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's production processes and main business operations.
